Blacklight Under-Bridge Party!!

Long day on site, but it was good work. We ended too late to meet up with a guy about a mountain bike he has for sale on the cheap. Hopefully I can get through to him on Sunday. I don't know if a road bike will cut it because I'm not sure how much snow to expect--some of the Swedes are looking forward to ice skating down the canal.

Late Saturday evening, I noticed a nearly cosmic explosion of UV light emanating from under the nearby canal bridge. I half anticipated a rave with foundation-rocking beats--though the dress code would probably be more conservative in this near-freezing night air. Sadly, as I approached the would-be visceral viaduct of volume I realized it was just a city-ordained light display of a rather odd flavor. Still, any bridge equipped running lights is pretty sick so I took an hour or two for a photo shoot. Standing in the cold air waiting for 30-second exposures, I realized this was one walk T would be happy not to accompany me on..

I had heard the Swedes were progressive, but I didn't know they had begun to endorse psychedelic drug use (or the feeling of it, at least)!
